Use your smartphone or tablet to stay productive. Download the RICOH Smart Device Connector app and perform almost any function on the MFP from your personal device. You can print without software, drivers or utilities. Scan files to your device. And even grab information from your phone or the internet and share it with others.
Empower users to work quickly, securely
Encourage freedom without losing control. With user authentication, users enter their passcode or billing code to access MFP controls. Or, you can opt for the optional NFC Card Reader and have them swipe an access card. Either way, you can track users, set print quotas and even issue chargebacks. Take advantage of encryption and overwrite security options to help protect information.

Perform administrative tasks remotely. Use Ricoh Device Manager NX to monitor the device online, or @Remote to collect usage data, track metrics and automate service calls. Update print drivers automatically with Ricoh Device Software Manager. When you need additional support, we are there with knowledgeable support staff that can access and configure the MFP's settings remotely.
