Collaboration has never been easier. Use the RICOH Smart Device Connector app with your smartphone or tablet to grab and print files from cloud applications like Dropbox™ or Google Drive™. Send scanned documents from the MFP to your smart device and take them with you or distribute via your personal address book.

With User Authentication, you can track users and activity. Have users access the device via passcodes or the optional Near Field Communication (NFC) card reader. Set print quotas. Prevent jobs from printing at the MFP until the authorized user is there to retrieve it. Encrypt and overwrite latent data automatically with the embedded DataOverwriteSecurity System .
